2002 | DF2000 Production
Re-design of the aircraft DF2000 with the complete industrialization, Albaviation has developed the production plan for the manufacturing with CNC machines. The re-design task was not complex (on the contrary of the industrialization step) because of the company has already redesigned the Pretty Flight, and the DF2000 is based from Pretty Flight.
The DF2000 was the first aircraft completely built by Albaviation using its exclusive method of Production Plan at CNC, any single component is cutted with numerical control machines, pre-holed and ready to be assembled allowing a saving of 50% of the production time with the absolute precision of a machine, certainly better than the human precision.
The construction of one prototype was carried out for Coavio but the production didn't continued due to lack of funds.
